This is the KLF04, not the standard kettle in a different colour. It holds a set temperature instead of simply boiling, which matters if you drink green or white tea – both go bitter at 100 degrees – or if you pour over coffee, where 92 to 96 degrees is the working range.
Seven settings run from 50 to 100 degrees, selected on the dial, and a keep-warm function holds the chosen temperature for twenty minutes so a second cup does not need reboiling. Everything else matches the KLF03: 1.7 litres, 2400 W, stainless steel, 360-degree base and auto shut-off.
