I bought TV stand,paid deposit,they told me it will be ready after 4 weeks as they were building it.They kept their promise I got it within the stipulated time,excellent service.The salesperson was very involved throughout.

Overall good service, Fifi assisted me, walked me around the shop, helped me find the perfect colour and size, i ordered the Ornix L shape in grey and im happy with the couch, super comfy, well worth it, its just perfect, delivery was actually quicker then expected, i recieved my couch within two weeks even though they had said it would take 3 weeks, the delivery team also comunnicated and arranged delivery 2 days in advance so i was able to arrange a convenient time, thank you for that i would just advise you to read the shipping policy if you dont live on the ground floor as they charge extra if they have to walk up stairs 😀

I had such a wonderful experience with Michelle at Homzy (Joburg branch). I initially ordered a couch, and after waiting about 5 weeks for delivery, I unfortunately received the wrong specification. However, as soon as I contacted Michelle and explained the situation, she handled everything so efficiently and professionally. She immediately arranged for the correct specification to be reordered, and I received the new couch in just over a week. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful. She took my calls, guided me in choosing the perfect couch for my home, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. I’m absolutely in love with my couch, the material, the quality, everything is perfect. Got excellent service from Homzy Greenside . Shady went out of his way to further expose me to a variety of stock available at the warehouse also and I found very good quality furniture at reasonable prices too. He was very patient and helpful in terms of assisting me make the best choice also. Eventually when I did make the choice, I was offered a good discount also. Cherry on top was getting an instant delivery - My house looks amazing with the new couches! I'm absolutely happy and would highly recommend Homzy to anyone with an eye for style and class!

I was at the shop yesterday (07/04/2026)with my husband and was immediately attended to by a friendly,calm and professional young lady by the name Charne at the entrance. We were so indecisive about the couch we needed and also considering the budget. She took us one floor up where they have refuced(sale) stock. We went up and down several times(because of being caught between two couches,one on the ground floor and one up the floor),yet what really impressed me about her was her patience and her ever smiling attitude. She is an asset to the Company at large and she deserves an incentive. She represented the company/shop so well that I'm considering coming back for something else.
