Sadec Online Shoppers ships genuine Smeg appliances, Fieldbar cooler boxes and Stanley drinkware from Pietermaritzburg in KwaZulu-Natal. Delivery inside South Africa is free on every order with no minimum spend, and cross-border orders into Southern Africa are quoted individually before anything is paid.
Free delivery anywhere in South Africa
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order to a South African address, whatever it costs and whatever it weighs. A R100 sip lid ships on the same terms as a R60,000 wine cooler. There is no minimum spend and no threshold to reach, and the checkout will show R0 for shipping.
Where do you deliver?
Every province. That covers the KwaZulu-Natal base in Durban, Pietermaritzburg and along the coast; Gauteng across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Sandton, Midrand, Centurion and the East Rand; Cape Town and the Winelands in the Western Cape; Gqeberha and East London in the Eastern Cape; and the inland centres including Bloemfontein, Rustenburg, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Kimberley and the smaller towns around them. Same free rate to all of them.
How long does it take?
It depends on the item and where it is going, so we confirm the lead time with you on the order rather than publishing a number we cannot hold to for every route. Large appliances take longer than drinkware, and outlying towns take longer than the metros. If a delivery window matters to you, say so before you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Do you deliver large appliances like fridges and cookers?
Yes. Smeg fridges, freezers, cookers and wine coolers all ship nationwide on the same free basis. These are heavy, boxed items, so tell us in advance if there are stairs, a narrow passage or an access restriction at the address and we will plan around it.
Cross-border delivery into Southern Africa
We are a retailer, not a courier, so cross-border pricing is quoted per order rather than published. Send us the product link and the delivery address and we come back with a landed cost and a lead time before you pay anything. If we cannot get it to you at a sensible price, we say so rather than taking the order.
Namibia and Botswana
The shortest runs out of Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal. Cooler boxes, drinkware and small appliances move easily on these routes. Larger Smeg appliances are quoted case by case because the crating and the border leg change the number.
Zimbabwe and Zambia
Road freight through Beitbridge or Chirundu. Expect longer lead times than a domestic order, and a duty estimate included in the quote so the price you agree is the landed price rather than a surprise at the border.
Lesotho
A short run from Gauteng or the Free State. Quoted the same way as the other cross-border routes, with the duty estimate built into the number before you commit.
What about the rest of the SADC region?
Right now our checkout is set up for Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Zimbabwe and Zambia. If you are elsewhere in Southern Africa, ask before you order. We would rather tell you up front that a route does not work than take your money and fail to deliver.
Getting a quote or checking an order
How do I get a cross-border quote?
Send the product link and the delivery town to 063 944 0330 on WhatsApp, or email info@sadecshopers.co.za. A real person answers, and you get a cost and a lead time back before any payment is taken.
How do I pay?
By EFT or direct bank transfer. Bank details come with your order confirmation.
Something has gone wrong with my delivery. What now?
Contact us first, before anyone else. WhatsApp is fastest. Our returns and refunds policy sets out your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the seven-day change-of-mind window and cover for faulty goods.
