How collection works
- Order on the website. Add what you want to the cart as usual.
- Choose collection at checkout. Pick “Collect from our Pietermaritzburg store” instead of delivery. It costs nothing.
- Pay. EFT or direct bank transfer in rand. Send the proof of payment to 063 944 0330 on WhatsApp and we start straight away.
- Wait for the ready message. One to three working days from confirmed payment. We message you before you drive out — please do not arrive unannounced.
- Collect. Bring your order number and proof of payment. Anyone else collecting on your behalf needs both, plus their ID.
Is this a shop I can browse?
No. It is a collection counter, not a showroom floor. There is no display stock to walk around and no over-the-counter buying — every order is placed on this website first. That is also why the range online is far wider than anything a shop floor could hold.
What does collection cost?
Nothing. Collection is free, and so is delivery to any South African address. Collecting is simply faster if you are close by and would rather not wait on a courier.
How long will you hold my order?
Fourteen days from the ready message. If something has come up, message us on 063 944 0330 and we will hold it longer rather than cancel it.
Can I check the item before I take it?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Open the box at the counter and check it over. If anything is wrong we sort it there instead of by courier a week later.
