Sinfonia is the step up from standard Classica trim. The C9MAXSSA2 keeps the same 90cm dual-fuel layout – five gas burners over a thermo-ventilated electric oven – but upgrades the door, handle and control detailing, which is what you notice every time you open it.
It is aimed at kitchens where the cooker is meant to be looked at as well as used. If you are choosing between this and the SSA91MAX2, the cooking specification is close; you are paying for build and finish.
