Smeg Cream 30cm Non-Stick Wok
A 30cm, 6.6 litre wok with sloped sides and a flat stainless base, built for a Western hob rather than a wok burner – it sits flat on induction, gas or ceramic and takes the heat straight through instead of needing a ring. The volume is what matters here: 6.6 litres means you can actually toss a stir fry for four without half of it going over the side. Cold-forged aluminium, stainless AISI304 handle.
The coating is the reason to buy this range. Smeg’s Cookware line uses a ceramic non-stick made without PFAS, nickel or heavy metals, rather than the PTFE coating most non-stick pans at this price still use. It is oven safe to 250°C and dishwasher safe, though hand washing keeps any ceramic surface sharper for longer.
