Pastel green sits closer to sage than mint in daylight, and it is the colour that most often ends up deciding the rest of the counter.
The DCF02 is Smeg’s drip machine, and the three things that separate it from a supermarket filter are all practical. It has a permanent stainless steel filter, so there are no paper filters to run out of on a Sunday. It has an aroma intensity selector, which slows the water through the bed to pull a stronger cup rather than just making more of a weak one. And it has an auto-start timer, so it can be loaded the night before and brewing before you are up.
