It is a 90cm Classica in black, with the same cast-iron pan supports and Smeg Classic knobs as the rest of the range. A gas oven behaves differently to a fan oven – heat rises more, so shelf position matters – but for roasting, braaiing indoors and everyday baking it is hard to beat on running cost.
