This is the CGF01 in the Dolce and Gabbana Sicily is my Love decoration – hand-finished artwork over the same die-cast body, produced as a collection piece rather than a colourway.
Mechanically it is the standard 350 g filter grinder: 150 W, a 350 g bean hopper, an anti-static system and a detachable grinder and support plate for cleaning, with knob, button and lever controls. What you are paying for is the decoration and the collection, which is why Smeg South Africa lists it at R16,699 against R2,599 for the plain version. If you want the machine and not the artwork, buy a coloured one – it grinds identically.
